The following services are provided:
Recreation Activities: Such as, cards, bingo, crafts, quilting, and other planned activities.
Telephone Reassurance: Daily calls to homebound elderly to keep check on needs and clients health.
Educational Activities: Providing opportunities to acquire knowledge in areas such as health, crime and accident prevention.
Nutrition Services: Provide a non-day meal at Senior Center and to the homes of shut-ins 5 days per week.
Ensure Plus: two cans provides a daily balanced meal
Homemaker Services: Provide assistance with light housecleaning and laundry.
Information and Assistance Services: Provide information about public and voluntary services
Physical Fitness Activities: Exercise designed to maintain and/or improve physical health.
Special Events: Such as trips to places of interest, monthly pot luck luncheons, Senior Olympics, health seminars and much more.
Respite Care: this service provides short - term care supervision and/or assistance with activities of daily living for mentally and physically disabled people to provide a period of rest and/or relief to the caregiver.
TN Ship: Helps with Medicare and Medicare Drug Plans
